Hi everybody!
In this occasion the topic of the post will be my faculty. My faculty, well it's called "School of Law", and it's so big, that it is seen from the Baquedano subway station and it is seen from the sky. People here call it "The Thing".
Now, I want to remark some aspects of my faculty:
- My faculty needs a renovation: Infrastructure, teachers, books, classrooms, chairs, tables, and others.
- My faculty needs to be (again) the number one. Some newspapers, some magazines say "the best law school is in the Universidad Católica". My faculty needs that those newspapers, and those magazines say "the best is in the Universidad de Chile".
- In my faculty, people started special programs called "Comisión Claustro" and "PDI", those programs incline to the growing of my school.
Some solutions, for the current situation are new teachers (full time teachers), new chairs and new tables (because the chairs and tables of room 6 and 12 are so old), new books (books must be updated) and the infrastructure needs maintenance (urgently!)
These solutions need money, the first thing is MONEY! with money everything is possible (almost, but that is other topic). Second the solutions need more people supporting the cause. And third, the university needs to pronounce itself about this situation.
I gave the solutions, and to materialize we need money and people who support the cause.
The solutions will bring benefits for the new students of law, the new generations, new people will be proud of the work of the faculty and they will say "well, I study in the best law school in Chile".
To make this project, we need to propose "the problems and the project" to an authority (only if we have support)
