The best in my area (Blog 7)

Hi, today I am going to talk about the best lawyer who I know.
His name is Hans Kelsen, he was from Austria, he was a very good professor of law, he was a lawyer too, he was politician in his country.
In his life, he teached philosophy of law in the Wien university, he teached in other famous law schools like Harvard, Berkeley and Prague.
I like the knowledge of Hans Kelsen, in his life he had big books like the "Pure Theory of Law", book who tells the essence of the juridic system, tells too the main support of the law (the law in the society, the law and the moral things, the law and the science, the juridic science and the people rights and many others). I like too the knowledge embodied in the "General State Theory" in that book, he explain the function of the state and his relationship with the law.
I like his juridic positivism, that is a doctrine who explain the existance of law with some sanction and says who the people is not good by nature. Is the opposite of the Natural Right.

Hans Kelsen is the best lawyer for me, because his ideas was very important and new for his time. The idea of the validity of a juridic system was remarkable and endures to our days.
